Well after two and a half months of full time living on Eleuthera and coming back and forth numerous times over the past two years it really looks like we have done it!... Purchased the rainbow Inn, a quaint 2.5 acre seaside Resort and Restaurant. Consisting of three cottages with 7 rooms and a 56 seat restaurant and bar. along with my wife Rhonda and my two grown kids Zev and Eve, and Zevs girlfriend Mish plan to keep the rich history of the Inn in Rainbow Bay alive and well... and like to think of ourselves as 'the pioneers of the future' of Rainbow Bay.
We Purchased the Inn from Ken Keene and Charlie Moore. Ken who first purchased the Inn in 1980 has given us guidance and support and Charlie has given me a renewed appreciation for figuring out and doing all kinds of things for myself. A talented do it yourselfer who see's potential in things at the dump that I would kick out of the way or simply not focus on, he has a talent for refurbishing almost anything and recently found and refurbished a popcorn machine that i'm now proud to call my own!
